Keeping your contact details up to date ensures you receive important updates and support notifications.

How to Update Your Contact Details

Log in to https://support.jhnet.co.za/.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select “Edit Profile”.
Update the necessary fields, such as:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Company Name (if applicable)
Click “Save Changes”.
